What to Expect
This program comes with nine focused courses and accompanying exercises, each designed to meet you where you are and then guide you somewhere new. You decide how, when, and where you’ll complete each course. You may wish to tackle it all in a weekend or space it out over a few weeks (though I’d recommend doing a minimum of three/week). I’ll send you gentle email reminders to encourage you and lead you from session to session. Each course takes roughly one hour to complete and covers topics like saying goodbye to self-doubt, setting meaningful boundaries, and defining your why.
